Maximum product height: 18 cm. If you want to make a piece taller than this, the price will be doubled, tripled, or adjusted accordingly depending on the height, as taller pieces take up more space in the kiln.
All tools are provided and lent during the session. It’s a single-session event focused on enjoyment, without overly detailed skills being instructed. However, worry not, we will assist and guide you well!
Please be patient for your pieces to be completed, as it takes 4-5 weeks after the class. They need to be fired inside the kiln two times, and it requires a minimum of 14 days to be completed at the fastest. However, our kiln can accommodate firing up to 40 pieces, which is why we need to fill it before firing. For those who want their pieces earlier, there will be an additional fee.
All purchases — including both products and class bookings — are non-refundable.
Once payment is made, cancellations will not be eligible for any replacement items or rescheduled classes.

Please note that due to the nature of pottery making and firing, we cannot guarantee 100% crack-free results.
If your piece develops a major crack after the final firing, we will:
Remake your piece as a complimentary replacement (production time is approximately 5 weeks),
Still send you the original cracked piece alongside the new one.
