IMPORTANT NOTE:
If there is a possibility of cracking in the ceramic after the final firing process, we will take full responsibility to remake the product. However, this will require additional production time (which we expect will not be long). As compensation for the extended lead time, we will provide a 10% discount and free shipping via regular delivery.
