Certainly! I deliver globally. If your country isn't listed in the shipping options, reach out via message or email, and I'll include it. Keep in mind that shipping costs differ by location and will be computed during checkout.

Question When can I expect my order?
Answer

Your item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. An email with the tracking number will be sent once the package is dispatched. Please note that once the package is shipped, its arrival timeframe is beyond our control. For international orders, kindly be aware that our shipments originate from Jakarta, Indonesia, so delivery may take several weeks. Rest assured, each piece is meticulously wrapped for a secure journey to your home!

Question What's the care routine for pottery products?
Answer

For optimal longevity, I suggest hand-washing your pieces. Avoid exposing them to abrupt temperature changes to prevent stress on the item (❌oven and ❌freezer). Keep in mind that each Niiliving Pottery piece is entirely handmade and deserves love and care!

Question When will your store be replenished?
Answer

If everything's sold out, I'm probably crafting a new collection! As a solo operator, shop updates might take a bit longer, but feel free to check my Instagram @niiliving for the latest updates on what I'm working on!
